   Fascinating article. Thank you for sharing. A few years ago I switched to a high fiber diet and started to eat more whole grains instead of processed foods. I lost about 50 lbs, my allergies improved dramatically, and my overall health and wellness substantially improved. Ever since then I wondered if there is a link between dietary fiber, gut biome health, immunity, allergies, and weight management. The studies Ive read to date suggest there is.
